Do we provide the WiFi connection?
Yes, we do provide WiFi routers, but the connections are to be recharged by the people staying in the PG.
Is the Electricity Bill included in the monthly charge?
No, It will be divided by all people staying in the PG. We provide sub-meters for bedrooms.
Do you provide food?
Recently we have tied up with tiffin services, they provide tiffin for working people leaving early and for dinner as well.
Do we need to submit identity proofs ?
Yes, you need to submit your photo identity proofs and company id cards Xerox at the time of booking. It is just for your security nothing else.
Do you offer Personal Furniture ?
At executive PG, most of the required amenities are provided. So u don’t need anything, Come we welcome you try our paying guest service.
Do you charge Security Deposit ?
Yes, there will be a security deposit of one month, part of which is to be paid while booking while the remaining part has to be paid within 2 days. Payment in cash and online, both are accepted.
Is sharing of Room allowed?
Yes, sharing of room is allowed between double and triple occupancy.
What amenities are included in fee?
Fully airconditioned and well-ventilated rooms, wardrobe and bed housekeeping and cleaning on a daily basis Wifi facility on demand Security and CCTV service in all premises.
Will there be a brokerage?
Absolutely not, no other charges other than monthly fee.
